This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 4 to 9 business days
- International orders: 9 busines days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected delivery method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly stated on the website.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, order size, and logistics availability.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

GroundBeds Luxe™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- carrier disruptions
- weather conditions
- customs processing
- incorrect shipping addresses
- failed delivery attempts
- events beyond our reasonable control

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

GroundBeds Luxe™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- checking around the delivery location
- contacting household members or neighbors
- contacting the shipping carrier directly

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

GroundBeds Luxe™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

10. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:
